Sprayed-on bed liners are like boxes of cereal they are similar but not equal. There are high-pressure systems and there are low-pressure systems. High-pressure systems, are applied with lots of pressure thus lending themselves to be porous, harder like plastic and somewhat abrasive. The low pressure systems are applied at a much lower pressure and thus lending themselves to be more of a solid product and more flexible.

Then there is difference in thickness. Typically, high pressure is harder and more porous liners that are sprayed between 50 to 60 mills in thickness. Dealerships that are spraying using a lower pressure system are spraying between 60 to 80 mils. Rhino Linings® are sprayed between 150 and 250 mils thick.

Rhino Linings® when applied to a truck bed is similar to a hard rubber ball. It is this nice non-abrasive textured slip-resistant surface that our customers rave about.

• Negotiate and make certain the words “Rhino Linings®” are spelled out on your buying agreement.
• When you take delivery of your pick-up with a spray-on on liner look it over, make certain it has a label identifying it as a rhino liner. If is not labeled, it is not a REAL RHINO LINING.
• Call our dealership and ask if the dealership has delivered or made an appointment for your vehicle to be Rhino Lined.
• Negotiate the sale, have the dealership call and give us authorization to apply a liner in your vehicle, Then, you bring your pick-up in for the liner application and we will bill the dealership.
• Negotiate the sale, take delivery on the truck, make an appointment with our dealership and rest assured you are receiving A Real Rhino Liner and receiving it from the Rhino Linings® dealership recognized by thousands as the best around.

The text above has been my experience(s) either by talking with customers, listening to customers, visually inspecting liners or using a digital thickness gauge and actually measuring the thickness on the various impostor liners that show up at our dealership. Or hearing the words right out of a salesman’s mouth, “People are only requesting a rhino because they don’t know the difference” I am going to take it to the back where our sprayed-on liners are sprayed and the customer will not know the difference”. DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! A few extra questions, the words “Rhino Lining®” written on the buying agreement, a phone call can save frustration, anger and disappointment year after year.
